מודעה: Scrum Master דרוש/ה In this position you will use your proven expertise to: o Guide and coach teams with Agile Scrum/Kanban methodologies. o Coordinate and facilitate Scrum meetings such as daily stand-up, sprint planning, release planning, and retrospectives. o Work closely with other teams and scrum masters to identify and coordinate dependencies o Ensure proper tools are being used at all times (e.g. JIRA, Confluence) o Monitor and report scrum team velocity and manage Sprint’s capacity o Support product owners with prioritization and backlog maintenance o Guide the teams to become self-organized, deliver high quality products and meet commitments o Bridge between the teams and the project/business needs o Provide visibility to teams status to all required stakeholders Requirements: Excellent English – mandatory Experienced Scrum Master – mandatory Experienced in a global organization or work with global customers – mandatory Deep knowledge and understanding of Agile principles practices and values – mandatory Technical & development experience – a big advantage Project management experience – an advantage Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Industrial engineer or a related field – an advantage Certified Scrum Master – an advantage Exceptional inter-personal skills, ability to solve conflicts, able to facilitate effective meetings Highly motivated, self-directed and energetic Adaptable, flexible, and able to function well in a cross-functional, complex environment. נא לשלוח קורות חיים למייל: lilach@mayac.co.il
